The focus of our classes is to initially focus on developing conversational fluency and begin Character recognition/reading comprehension at the intermediate level.

Instructors and materials use Pinyin and Simplified characters. Traditional character texts and classroom use can be supplied on request.

TOTAL BEGINNER MANDARIN CHINESE GROUP CLASSES

Acquire basic grammar and vocabulary to develop basic conversational and practical skills. Total Beginner classes are designed for people with no previous exposure to the language. If you have some background in the language, or if you already speak more than one language, please fill-out out our SELF-EVALUATION FORM so that we can send you a personalized recommendation based on your background.

STANDARD MANDARIN CHINESE CLASSES meet once a week for 1.5 hours. (Minimum 3 / Maximum 10 students).

	Tuesdays 7:00pm starting 5/8/12	Standard Enrollment Pricing 8 weeks: $300 (no make-ups) *Prices do not include a one-time, $50 registration fee for new students.
	Tuesdays 7:30pm starting 6/12/12
	Wednesdays 5:30pm starting 7/18/12

If you are not a total beginner, you will need to be evaluated before confirming your enrollment in a class.

We currently have the following Mandarin Chinese group classes in session:

STANDARD MANDARIN CHINESE CLASSES meet once a week for 1.5 hours. (Minimum 3 / Maximum 10 students).

• There is a one-time registration fee of $50 for new students.

• Classes are an hour and a half for 3 or more students

• Classes with less than 3 students meet for an hour.

• Make-up is an additional group class added the 13th consecutive week of the enrollment.
